I was invited to join in the workshop of Christian Schwarze „Barefoot through life“.
We will spent one whole weekend in South Tirol on the topic of Communication and Connection with horses, there will be yoga, meditation, speeches about walking barefoot and on nonviolent communication with horses (that´s my part..), there will be singing bowls and we´ll spent the nights in a fire yurt. The weekend is meant for everybody who wants to approach walking barefoot and horses and feel how that is totally different when your feet are connected to the earth. The weekend is also meant for families with children, there is no prior experience with horses needed, we will explore everything that happens without judgement.
We will be catered by the Hochganghaus, there will be vegetarian food available.
The whole event is non profit, all revenues will be donated for the Democratic School Düsseldorf and to the Waldkindergarten am Ritten.

// Ich wurde eingeladen im September einen Workshop aus der Reihe „Barfuss durchs Leben“ von Christian Schwarze mitzugestalten.
Wir werden im September in Südtirol ein Wochenende verbringen mit dem Thema „Pferdekommunikation und Verbindung“, es wird Yoga geben, Meditation, Vorträge übers Barfuss laufen und über gewaltfreie Pferdekommunikation (das erzähle ich :), es wird einen Klangabend geben und wir übernachten in der Feuerjurte. Das Wochenende ist für jeden gedacht, der Lust hat sich dem Barfuss laufen und den Pferden zu nähern und dabei erleben möchte, wie diese Annäherung barfuss ganz anders ist, als sonst. Das Wochenende richtet sich zudem an Familien mit Kindern, es ist keine Vorerfahrung mit Pferden nötig. Wir möchten uns ganz frei und unvoreingenommen alles anschauen, was passiert.
Verpflegt werden wir mit einfacher Hüttenkost vom Hochganghaus/Meran, auch vegetarisch.
Es handelt sich um einen Benefizworkshop, alle Erlöse werden gespendet zur Gründung der demokratischen Schule Düsseldorf und dem Waldkindergarten am Ritten.
